In one of your previous vlogs, you mentioned that Club Morocco feels like a 'ghost town.' What led you to decide on purchasing a property in Club Morocco Phase 2? I have a young family with two kids who will need to attend school, and I work from home. Would you still recommend this area? It seems a bit far from the Subic Bay Freeport Zone.

THAT PLACE IS HORRIBLE! too many noise infesting that place.....DOGS BARKING, LOUD KARAOKE ON A DAILY BASIS! (THE BUILDING IS SURROUNDED BY LOCAL BARRIO ---and they dont give a damn or F%^!--KARAOKE, LOUD MUSIC...AND MORE KARAOKE! DOGS BARKING CONSTANTLY ALL NIGHT ALL DAY EVERYDAY!!! PINOYS ARE IMMUNE TO THE NOISE SINCE CHILD BIRTH!!!!!)........ windows are not even properly sealed for sound proof and their charging horrendous rental prices! in addition, WALLS ARE SOOOOOO THIN, that you can hear neighbors normal voice----everyday and everynight! The only thing thats OK is the pool NO THANKS!
